Heavy-duty connecting rod kit designed for demanding applications. Manufactured from certified 8620 AISI steel for exceptional strength. Big end design includes side scalloping and vent slots to minimize high-RPM bearing race distortion. Crankpins are made from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel and case-hardened to 58-62 Rc. Utilizes caged needle roller bearing designs for enhanced high-RPM longevity. Thrust washers are silver-coated and made from bronze phosphor for added durability. Complete rod assembly includes connecting rod, crankpin, crankpin bearing, top-end bearing, and thrust washers. Fully compatible with Hot Rods and OE crankshafts. Made in the USA.
