Connecting rod kit for KTM 85 SX (2003-2012) and KTM 105 SX. Complete kit includes rod, crank pin, crank pin bearing, top-end bearing, and thrust washers. Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 material and case-hardened to 58-62 Rc. Advanced design incorporates side scalloping and vent slots to minimize bearing race distortion at high RPM. Double-forged rods ensure improved grain flow and dimensional consistency. Shot-peened and double-honed for superior durability under heavy loads. Double-drilled small ends provide enhanced lubrication and cooling for the wrist pin bearing. Thrust washers and crank pin bearings feature silver coating for added lubricity.
