Strategically designed side scalloping and vent slots minimize high-RPM bearing race distortion. Double-forged rods ensure improved grain flow and dimensional consistency. Shot-peened and double-honed for enhanced strength under heavy loads. Small ends are double drilled for optimal lubrication and cooling of the wrist pin bearing.
