Hot Rods connecting rod kit for 86-07 CR80/85 models. Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 and case-hardened to 58-62 Rc for maximum durability. Features side scalloping and vent slots to minimize high RPM bearing race distortion. Double-forged rods improve grain flow and dimensional consistency. Shot-peened and double-honed for enhanced strength. Double-drilled small ends provide extra lubrication and cooling for the wrist pin bearing. Silver-coated thrust washers and crank pin bearings for increased lubricity. Complete kit includes rod, crank pin, crank pin bearing, top-end bearing, and thrust washers. Part number 8125.
