Thank you for visiting and shopping at 2brosparts.com. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy for orders placed through the 2Bros Parts website, operated as the trading website of 2BROS MCS LTD.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
United Kingdom
UK delivery is £4.99 for orders under £60.00 and free for UK orders over £60.00. Most UK orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
International orders
International delivery charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order contents, and the shipping method selected. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are guides only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruption, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s), where available. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within our stated processing window, please contact us so we can investigate.
Customs, duties, and taxes
2brosparts.com is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees applied to your order after it leaves our dispatch location. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs and local taxes where applicable.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products can be legally imported into the destination country.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us straight away. We may ask to see proof of damage such as photographs so that we can rectify the issue at no cost to you as soon as reasonably possible.
Once we have received satisfactory evidence, we will arrange a full refund including postage costs, or send a replacement item, as appropriate. Damaged items may also need to be returned at our expense where a replacement or refund is issued.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Do not dispose of packaging until your claim has been resolved.
