Silica fiber technology is designed to expand and fill voids when subjected to heat, ensuring optimum sound absorption. This silica fiber fills silencers more effectively than traditional wadding, especially those with complex shapes. Simply cut to length and lightly wrap around the perforated tube. Lower in weight than traditional silencer sound absorption material. Silica Fiber is rated to 800° C.
