Cylinder rebore service for 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines, covering bore sizes from 35 mm to 85 mm. The service can accommodate single-cylinder to six-cylinder engine configurations. Pistons can be supplied for most models where needed. Cylinders must be completely stripped of all parts and components, with no gaskets attached, and must be clean and free from oil or dirt before submission. Deburr and wash before use. Reboring is carried out without the use of lathes. Additional cleaning and preparation work may incur a standard charge. Optional bead blasting service available for barrel cleaning. An additional preparation charge of up to £30 may apply where stripping or cleaning requirements have not been met.
