Each cable features a black PVC outer jacket for superior flexibility and resistance to the elements. The steel inner casing is tightly coiled to ensure low compression ratios, while a pre-lubricated nylon inner sleeve guarantees effortless throttle response and extended lifespan. The bird-caged wire ends are securely attached to the terminal casting, providing exceptional pull-out resistance. All molded rubber components are constructed from EPDM for high UV resistance, and injected-molded parts are made from high-strength POM material.
