The REV 3 throttle kit by Motion Pro is a third-generation variable-rate off-road throttle system. It allows for precise adjustment of throttle response through interchangeable reels, featuring a slim housing for improved lever clearance, a strengthened stop for durability, and sealing for smooth, reliable operation. This kit is designed for straightforward installation and maintenance. Key features include an innovative reel changing system to tailor throttle rate, five reel options for various throttle rates (smaller reels for slower, larger reels for faster, and a progressive cam reel), a slim REV3 housing for increased lever clearance and flexible positioning, an improved throttle stop for greater strength, snap-together elbows for easier installation and reel changes, and a cable boot to help keep out dirt and dust. The patented system is simple to install and maintain. The throttle assembly is the REV3 with throttle tube; off-road kits include the unbreakable Titan Throttle Tube. Cables are REV3 black vinyl, model-specific. Reels included are four interchangeable round reels (35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm) plus one progressive cam reel with an off-road profile cam reel (grey). Cable adjusters are billet aluminum in-line adjusters. The lower cable section has a 5 mm housing with a PTFE liner for reduced friction, increased routing flexibility, and lighter weight. The upper cable section has a 6 mm housing for solid support of the adjusters. Grip compatibility includes DirtControl V2 Lock-On grips and ODI Lock-On grips. Off-road kits include DirtControl II grips.
