It features a one-piece forging for exceptional strength and reliability. The valve stem is nitrided, enhancing surface hardness and wear resistance for extended service life. Precision-engineered flow-optimised profiles, developed using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and tested on a computerised flow bench, ensure maximum performance. The German nitriding process further improves surface hardness and reduces friction. This exhaust valve is recommended for use with Kibblewhite valve spring kits (Part No. 65-701).
