SUZUKI RM 125 1990-1999 GRADE B 53.96mm SINGLE RING PISTON
Vertex pistons are manufactured using Low-Ex silicon aluminium alloys with 12%, 18%, or 21% silicon content depending on the application. They are produced using gravity casting or hydraulic forging, followed by heat treatment in an automatic implant with solubilization by quenching in hot water. Machining is performed on the latest CNC machines using diamond tools to achieve specific surface finishes. Every Vertex piston undergoes rigorous manual and automatic quality control. Vertex pistons feature a black Molybdenum Bisulphite coating for break-in and friction reduction, and a newer Phosphate Coating for increased hardness, light surface porosity, and enhanced Molybdenum Coating adhesion and durability.
