This K-Tech shock absorber spring is engineered for high performance and durability. Manufactured from the highest grade Chrome Silicone wire, each spring undergoes a meticulous cold coiling process. It is then heat treated, tempered, and shot peened to ensure optimal strength and resilience. The ends are ground for precise fitment, and a protective zinc phosphate coating is applied to guard against corrosion. Finally, an epoxy powder coating is added for a durable finish, with the part number clearly printed.
