The third-generation REV3 variable-rate throttle system features a slim throttle housing and an interchangeable reel mechanism to tailor throttle response. It includes a five-reel range with a progressive cam option. Smaller reels provide a slower rate, while larger reels offer a faster rate. The slim REV3 throttle housing allows for increased lever clearance and adjustable housing position. It has an improved throttle stop for strength and durability. Installation is simplified with snap-together elbows for easier reel changes. A sealed cable boot keeps out dirt and dust for reliable operation. The system is compatible with DirtControl V2 Lock-On grips and ODI Lock-On grips. Billet aluminium inline cable adjusters facilitate easy installation and adjustment. The lower cable section has a 5 mm housing with a PTFE liner for reduced friction, increased routing flexibility, and lighter weight. The upper cable section has a 6 mm housing for solid support of the adjusters. Four interchangeable round reels are included: 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, and 50 mm, along with a progressive cam reel. The REV3 throttle assembly includes the throttle tube, and off-road kits include the Titan Throttle Tube. Motion Pro REV3 black vinyl cables are specifically designed for the bike.
