The JT TwinStar rear sprocket features a core made from lightweight aviation-grade Ergal 7075-T6 Aluminium, precision manufactured using laser cutting and CNC machining. The steel outer ring is heat-induction hardened, providing up to six times longer wear life compared to standard 7075-T6 aluminium sprockets. This sprocket has 49 teeth and is part of the JTX808 series. It combines aluminium and steel construction.
