Vertex 48.5mm B Single Ring Race Evolution Piston Kit

This Vertex Piston Kit is engineered for high-performance applications, designed as a single-ring evolution model for racing. Vertex pistons and components are built to meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications, ensuring a precise fit and reliable operation.

Each kit includes all necessary components for installation, featuring a high-quality piston, replacement rings, a durable wrist pin, and secure circlips. To ensure longevity and consistent performance under demanding conditions, all Vertex pistons undergo a rigorous heat treatment process, utilizing a T-5 or T-6 hardening and tempering cycle.

This commitment to quality and advanced manufacturing techniques means that Vertex pistons are fitted as standard equipment on many OEM motorcycles. The piston boasts a 48.50mm bore size.
