VintCo PSY34-1.5 is a complete piston kit for vintage 2-stroke engine rebuilds. It is supplied in a 71.5mm bore size with a +1.5mm oversize, featuring a 71.44mm piston with 0.06mm clearance. The kit includes the piston, rings, pin, and clips, manufactured in Germany using modern materials and techniques. The piston is forged and finished with a MoS2 coating for initial running-in. Wrist pin bearing is sold separately. Rings are compatible only with Nikasil plating or an iron liner and will not work with the original chrome-plated Yamaha cylinder.
