Athena Big Bore Piston Kit - 63mm
This Athena Big Bore Piston Kit is designed for enhanced performance and durability in off-road motorcycles. Manufactured with precision, each piston is crafted from a high-performance aluminum alloy rich in silicon for reliability comparable to Original Equipment (OE) pistons, while offering superior resistance and power output.
Utilizing advanced CNC machining tools, Athena ensures dimensional tolerances are less than 0.01 mm. The piston's smooth profile promotes efficient fuel flow and optimal flame propagation. Some piston skirts feature a molybdenum disulfide coating, applied through screen printing, to further reduce friction, boosting both performance and longevity.
Engineered in Italy by Athena's R&D department and rigorously tested on engine dynamometer benches and on tracks under extreme conditions, these pistons meet or exceed OE quality standards. This piston kit includes the piston, piston pin, circlips, and piston rings. All components are replaceable and interchangeable for convenience.
