Pistons have machined, smooth crowns to reduce carbon buildup, increase horsepower, and improve fuel economy. Hard anodized crowns offer 75% increased strength with minimal expansion and reduced cold seizure risk when combined with Teflon/Molybdenum coated skirts. MOS2 (Teflon/Molybdenum) coated skirts reduce friction and enhance performance and longevity. Namura rings match OEM design, with available fractional oversize pistons to extend cylinder life. Piston assemblies include ring(s), wrist pin, and circlips.
