FULL DESCRIPTION
MX-TECH WP 46mm Low Friction Shock Piston Ring
Upgrade your suspension performance with the MX-TECH Low Friction Piston Ring (LFPR). Designed specifically for 46mm WP shocks, this high-performance component is engineered to reduce internal drag, allowing your suspension to react more precisely to track conditions and terrain.
By minimizing stiction, this piston ring ensures smoother stroke action throughout the entire range of travel. The reduction in friction also generates significantly less internal heat, which helps prevent shock fade during long motos or demanding riding sessions. Despite the low-friction design, it provides sealing capabilities equal to standard composite bands while offering superior stability under large axial loads.
Key Features
- Reduced Stiction: Provides 1/5 the friction of standard composite piston bands for improved sensitivity.
- Consistent Performance: Lower friction levels result in reduced heat buildup and less suspension fade.
- High-Quality Sealing: Delivers reliable sealing performance comparable to OEM composite rings.
- Enhanced Stability: Engineered to maintain structural integrity and performance under high axial loads.
- Precision Fit: Specifically manufactured for 46mm WP shock absorbers.
