The Medium Mousse fromPirelli is a rubber foam insert designed to replace the inner tube in 90/90-21 off-road tyres used for competition. It helps prevent flat tyres during demanding off-road riding while providing dynamic characteristics intended to support faster, more efficient and less strenuous racing.
