Machining is performed with the latest CNC machines and diamond tools to achieve specific surface finishes. Each piston undergoes rigorous quality control. Vertex pistons feature a Molybdenum Bisulphite black coating for break-in and friction reduction. A new Phosphate Coating offers increased hardness, surface porosity, and superior adhesion for Molybdenum Coating, doubling durability. Piston diameter is 95.97mm, with a compression ratio of 13.2:1.
