FULL DESCRIPTION
Vertex Titanium Intake Valve
The Vertex Titanium Intake Valve is engineered for engine builders who demand maximum performance and superior longevity from modern 4-stroke powerplants. Designed as a high-performance upgrade, this valve replaces standard factory two-piece valves to provide a more reliable and durable valvetrain solution.
Constructed as a single-piece component, these valves eliminate the failure points often found in factory designs. Each valve is precision-machined and finished with a high-grade chromium-nitride coating. This specialized coating offers exceptional resistance against tip erosion and protects the stem and seat from premature wear, ensuring your engine remains in top condition for longer intervals.
Key Features
- One-Piece Construction: Eliminates the risks associated with two-piece factory valves for improved structural integrity.
- Chromium-Nitride Coating: Provides a hardened surface layer that resists tip erosion and friction-based wear.
- Ultimate Durability: Engineered to withstand the high-stress demands of high-revving 4-stroke engines.
- Precision Machined: Manufactured to exacting tolerances to ensure a perfect fit and seal within the cylinder head.
- O.E.M. Standards: Designed to meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer specifications for quality and performance.
