They are produced using gravity casting or hydraulic forging, with material structure refined through a high-tech heat treatment process. Machining is performed using the latest CNC machines, software, and diamond tools to achieve specific surface finishes. Every Vertex piston undergoes rigorous manual and automatic quality control. Vertex pistons are coated with a special Molybdenum Bisulphite black coating to aid in break-in and reduce friction. A new Phosphate Coating offers increased hardness and surface porosity for superior adhesion and durability of the Molybdenum Coating. This piston is 66.36mm and twin ring.
