HONDA CR 125 2004-2007 GRADE B 53.93mm SINGLE RING RACE PISTON
Vertex pistons are manufactured using Low-Ex silicon charged aluminium alloys. The blank parts are created using gravity cast or hydraulic forging processes, followed by a heat treatment for material structure refinement using automatic HT implants and hot water quenching. Machining is completed using advanced CNC machines, software, and diamond tools to achieve specific surface finishes. Each Vertex piston undergoes manual and automatic quality control. Pistons are coated with a special Molybdenum Bisulphite black coating for break-in and friction reduction, or a newer Phosphate Coating for increased hardness, surface porosity, and enhanced durability. This piston has a 53.93mm bore diameter and a single ring design.
