External Rider Seat for Honda CBR 1000RR 2004-2005
This external rider seat is made for the Honda CBR 1000RR (2004-2005).
This is a replacement rider's seat for the original rear seat unit. It is designed for bonding a foam pad. Material used: GFK polished fiberglass in black RAL 9005 with 3 x K-K (Kevlar-carbon) reinforcement at the mounting points. The heat resistance of the material used is 100°C. The GFK base material is black RAL 9005 as standard and is UV stable, so there is no need to paint it. All parts are ready to use. The fairing mounting holes are not pre-drilled but are marked. Fiberglass fairings offer up to 50% weight saving compared with original ABS fairings and are considerably cheaper. They are more flexible and easier to install on the motorcycle.
