Vertex top-end kit for fuel injected EXC 300 TPi models 2018-2023. Kit includes piston, rings, circlips, piston pin, base gaskets, head o-rings, and piston pin bearing. Pistons are heat treated with T-5 hardening and a tempering cycle. Features new T-box forgings and DLC coated wrist pins on forged pistons with the highest compression ratios for increased strength and performance. Piston skirts have a hi-tech molybdenum disulphide coating for faster break-in time. Nitride coating is used for increased piston life. Kits are exact OEM replacements. Two-stroke piston kits are made from gravity cast aluminum alloy with 18% silicone content for a light and strong piston.
