• Stampings are produced through DEP's own deep draw process, with CNC cylinder mounts and in-house laser cut mounting brackets, fabricated with TIG and MIG welding.
• Also available in bare metal factory finish.
• Designed to improve performance over the OE pipe, developed with in-house dyno and track testing.
• Fit the pipe loosely to the mounting points; only tighten fixings after fitting the silencer.
• Some pipes have flat areas for frame, engine and water hose clearance; other flats can be added.
• Jetting: run the bike for five minutes under normal riding conditions and check the spark plug; the tip colour should be biscuit brown. Advised jetting: use stock jetting.
