This 132cc big-bore cylinder, piston, and top-end gasket rebuild kit provides a complete replacement top end. It features an aluminum cylinder with a cast-iron liner, matched piston set, and comprehensive gaskets. The cylinder includes a 90-degree oil temperature sensor port and is designed as a plug-and-play solution requiring no crankcase machining. Tuning is necessary to suit the increased displacement. The kit includes the cylinder, piston, rings, pin, clips, and top-end gasket kit. The cylinder is aluminum with an internal cast-iron jacket, not a Nikasil-treated bore. Performance gasket materials are used for durability and reliability. All pictured gaskets are included to rebuild the top end. The big-bore size is 55mm with a 13mm steel piston pin. It is compatible with or without a big-valve kit and high-performance cam. All year models will require tuning for the larger displacement.
