This EBC DRC Dirt Racer clutch kit offers consistent drive engagement and control for off-road use. The alloy-impregnated, heavy-duty cork-based friction construction balances bite, modulation, and durability under heat. It is supplied as a kit including friction plates, steel separator plates, and heavy-duty clutch springs. Features include anti-swell, alloy-impregnated cork-based facings for smooth clutch take-up and controlled modulation. Pin-planished steel plates improve oil spread and reduce heat fade. Swaged aluminum carriers spread load on the clutch basket. Heavy-duty clutch springs are uprated by approximately 10-15% to maintain clamping force. Friction plates should be pre-soaked in drive-case oil before installation and are not for use with fully synthetic oil.
