Clarks Road Die-Drawn S/S Inner Brake Wire W1.5mm x L2000mm Pear Nipple

Clarks can provide workshops with dispenser boxes that make bicycle servicing easier and faster. We can supply all our best selling cables and wires in bulk, contained within a hard wearing robust box. Wires and cables are kept clean and contamination free, whilst still remaining easy to access when required.

Die Drawn wires offer greatly reduced friction between the wire and liner. Drawn wires perform better than any other control cables on the market today.
The reduced friction is achieved by micro hammering the surface of the wire to the preferred diameter, this is then inserted into a drawing die and pulled through the draw plate multiple times, further ‘flattening’ the profile of the wire to acheive a continuously smooth surface.
