ThisCT Race Worx Bombproof combi kit combines a gusset kit and a front upper shock mount for the front of the machine.

CT Race Worx Bombproof Combi Kit Gusset Kit Features

• Adds rigidity and strength to the front of the machine
• Made from grade 50 steel, which has a high yield and tensile strength combined with a lower weight
• Consists of 5 individual pieces plus hardware
• Race plate included, bolting in place of the studs for the front lower a-arms using form threaded 4130 chromoly weld nuts
• Plate system ties the front mounting points along with the upper rear mount together via 3 different welded assemblies
• The front welded assembly keeps the front section of the chassis from twisting and from pulling solely on the a-arm bolts
• Two pieces of metal above the diff tie the rear upper pivot point to both front a-arm points, strengthening the frame and greatly reducing the chance of it twisting
• A single plate over the diff ties the upper mounting points together to keep the rear upper arm pivot of the chassis from twisting under hard impacts
• The final plate piece is additional reinforcement to the rear lower mounting points of the suspension
• Grade 10.9 metric hardware
• Front diff does not need to be removed for installation

CT Race Worx Bombproof Combi Kit Front Upper Shock Mount Features

• Brace bolts on top of the frame and is held on with 4 bolts
• Sheet metal bracket made from heavy gauge grade 50 steel for bracing and gusseting
• 6061 billet shock mount designed to mimic the factory bracket
• Sheet metal lower brace bolts to the billet aluminium upper piece via (2) 1/2" grade 8 bolts
• Routing of the radiator hoses and wiring stays the same and does not require the radiator hoses to be removed
• Nothing to restrict the exiting airflow behind the radiator
• Shock reservoirs can be run in the stock position, flipped in or flipped out
• KOH, XC and Dakar proven to add strength and rigidity

Standard install time is roughly 5 hours and a mechanical background or general handy work is advised. The majority of the front suspension needs to be removed. The diff does not need to be removed unless some of the factory hardware needs to be replaced.
