  1. Qualification Stage – Ensures the battery is over 2V for safety. Enters “Rescue” Mode to recover heavily sulphated or deeply discharged batteries.

  2. Soft Start Phase – Gradually delivers voltage and current to assist initial recovery before pulse charging.

  3. Pulse Phase – High-frequency pulses help the battery accept charge as it enters recondition mode.

  4. Recondition Phase – Slightly higher voltage and amperage re-activates battery plates for a deeper charge.

  5. Bulk Charge Phase – Provides a constant current to charge up to ~80% of battery capacity.

  6. Absorption Phase – Supplies constant voltage while gradually reducing current to reach 100% charge.

  7. Check Phase – Monitors the battery’s ability to hold charge; cycles through recovery if necessary.
