It is manufactured from C63000 nickel bronze, a material chosen for its excellent wear resistance and heat conductivity. The approximately 80 percent copper content ensures outstanding heat transfer, while the 4-5 percent nickel content provides superior resistance to wear, making it an ideal material for valve guides.
