Fits inside engine cam cover. Controls timing, advance curves, rev limiting, and coil operation for single-fire or dual-fire configurations. Features selectable advance curves, built-in tachometer driver, and PC programmability. Specifications include digital electronic ignition type, 6,000 to 7,500 rpm rev limiter, 50 rpm programmable increments, programmable dead-cranking revs, +/- 10 degree rear cylinder timing offset, 8-point programmable wide-open-throttle curve, programmable part-throttle curve, built-in over-current and short-circuit protection, active dwell control, and over-voltage protection. Replaces Dynatek D2KI-1P and D2KI-5P. Not suitable for fuel-injected models.
