Manufactured using cutting-edge CNC machining tools, Athena pistons achieve dimensional tolerances of less than 0.01 mm. The perfectly smooth profile promotes regular flow and ideal flame propagation. Some piston skirts are further enhanced with a molybdenum disulfide coating applied by screen printing, reducing friction to boost performance and longevity.

Engineered in Italy, each Athena piston undergoes rigorous testing on dynamometer benches and on the track to validate its performance in extreme conditions. This piston kit includes the piston, pin, circlips, and piston rings, all of which are replaceable and interchangeable.

The included piston rings are produced in Japan with wear-resistant coatings, increasing retention and durability. These rings adapt precisely to the cylinder liner even at low tangential loads, minimizing friction and maximizing performance.
