Features a unique flat face design with an inner ring made of high strength Ultralight 7075 T6 Aluminium and an outer ring of Nickel Coated steel. The outer ring is expanded at 200°C and fitted to the inner ring, creating a permanent fusion friction bond. This design minimizes weight and keeps the sprocket as narrow as a regular sprocket. The inner ring is color anodized for extra strength and durability. CAD designed, CNC machined, and laser cut using state-of-the-art technology for precise manufacturing that eliminates all movement between the rings.
