The Mino Fusion 2-Ring rear sprocket features a unique flat face design for minimal weight and narrow profile. The inner ring is constructed from high-strength Ultralight 7075 T6 Aluminium, while the outer ring is Nickel coated steel. This durable off-road sprocket combines low weight with maximum lifespan, thanks to the permanent fusion friction bond created by heating the outer ring to 200C before fitting it to the inner ring. The sprocket is CAD designed, CNC machined, and laser cut using state-of-the-art technology for precise manufacturing that eliminates all movement between the rings. The construction utilizes a high-strength Ultralight 7075 T6 Aluminium inner ring and a durable Nickel Coated steel outer ring. The outer ring is heated to 200°C and expanded before being fitted to the inner ring, creating a permanent friction bond that ensures longevity.
