It is designed for off-road use, offering durability and longevity. The unique flat face design minimizes weight and keeps the sprocket narrow. The inner ring is constructed from high-strength Ultralight 7075 T6 Aluminium, while the outer ring is Nickel Coated steel. The outer ring is heated to 200 degrees Celsius and fitted to the inner ring, creating a permanent fusion friction bond. Features include CAD design, CNC machining, and laser cutting for precise manufacturing that eliminates movement between the rings.
