KTM EXC EXC-F 2024-2025 70mm Swingarm Extension CNC Alloy Blocks. These blocks are made from 6061 T6 aluminum and are CNC-machined for superior weldability. They are designed to extend the swingarm by 70mm and were originally developed for KTM-based sidecars by TAG-Z Motorsports. They are also used by dune riders and in hill climb applications. These blocks will not fit linkage swing arms. Installation requires cutting the swingarm and welding the blocks into place, and must be performed by a skilled fabricator. Full preheating of the swingarm and extension blocks is essential for proper welding. Installation is at your own risk.
