Heavy duty top straps mount directly to most factory and aftermarket saddlebag racks and grab rails. Wide hook-and-loop straps and quick-release buckles allow for secure mounting. Strong D-rings allow more Survivor bags to be attached. Compression straps are adjustable. Dimensions are 5 in. L x 8 in. W x 14 in. H. Holds 27.53 liters per side.
