The jacket features a soft polyester outer shell with PVC backing, a full-length zipper with a Velcro storm flap, breathable mesh back lining, nylon lined sleeves, three large waterproof outer pockets, an additional waterproof zippered mesh pocket that can also be used as a vent, and a full-length adjustable zipped back ventilation system. It also has a soft corduroy inner collar with a hood. The pants feature comfort stretch elasticized belt adjusters, adjustable cuffs with Velcro tabs, an easily accessed waterproof thigh pocket, reflective piping on both jacket and pants for night visibility, oversized zipper gussets, an elasticized ankle cuff, and boot stirrups. Heat resistant material is included to protect legs from brief contact with hot parts, and an integrated seat panel minimizes slipping and adds strength.
