To keep moisture out, grease filling has been increased from 30% to 60% for harsh conditions. Factory-Links bearing kits are specially developed for off-road use. Unlike industrial 2RS type ball bearings, these offer low torque resistance and therefore weak resistance to water intrusion.

This formulation makes the bearings virtually waterproof and provides unsurpassed rust and corrosion protection. To further enhance protection against moisture, these kits utilize a 60% grease filling, compared to the standard 30%, making them ideal for harsh conditions. Unlike industrial 2RS type ball bearings, which have low torque resistance and weak resistance to water intrusion, these kits are specifically developed for off-road use.
