PROX Clutch Baskets are precision machined from heat-treated aircraft billet 7075-T6 aluminum alloy to O.E. precision standards. Hard anodizing guarantees extended life under severest racing conditions. Each kit includes necessary hardware for easy installation. Designed to maximize strength through feature-aligned grain flow and uses as-forged features produced using precision processes for higher mechanical properties and resistance to impact and fatigue. Clutch baskets are hard anodized to produce an ultra-tough abrasive-resistant surface and ensure a long life of smooth clutch operation by eliminating wear on the sides of the clutch basket tabs. Special added Teflon coating seals the coating to create a near frictionless surface for clutch plate tabs to glide upon. Clutch baskets come with pre-applied thread locker fasteners and an inbus tool.
