SUZUKI RM 250 1998 GRADE B 66.35mm TWIN RING PISTON
Vertex pistons are manufactured using Low-Ex silicon aluminium alloys with 12%, 18%, or 21% silicon content depending on the application. They are made using gravity casting or hydraulic forging, followed by heat treatment for material structure refinement. Machining is performed with the latest CNC machines, software, and diamond tools to achieve specific surface finishes. Each piston undergoes rigorous manual and automatic quality control. Vertex pistons are coated with a special black Molybdenum Bisulphite coating to aid break-in and reduce friction. A newer Phosphate Coating is also available, offering increased hardness, surface porosity, and superior adhesion of the Molybdenum Coating for extended durability. This piston is 66.35mm with twin rings and is a Grade B piston.
