SUZUKI RGV 250 GRADE A 55.94mm SINGLE RING
Vertex pistons are manufactured using Low-Ex aluminum alloys with silicon content of 12%, 18%, or 21% depending on the application. The pistons are produced using gravity cast or hydraulic forging, with material structure refined through a high-tech heat treatment process including solubilization by quench in hot water. Machining is performed using the latest CNC machines and software with diamond tools, achieving specific surface finishes for the intended application. Every Vertex piston undergoes rigorous manual and automatic quality control. Vertex pistons are coated with a special Molybdenum Bisulphite black coating to aid break-in and reduce friction. A new Phosphate Coating is also available, offering increased hardness and surface porosity for superior Molybdenum Coating adhesion and durability. This product is a single ring piston with a bore size of 55.94mm.
