SUZUKI LTZ 400 2000-2012 GRADE A 89.96mm STD COMPRESSION
Vertex pistons are manufactured using Low-Ex aluminium alloys with 12%, 18% or 21% silicon, depending on the application. Pistons are made using gravity cast or hydraulic forging processes, followed by a heat treatment process for material structure refinement. Machining is performed using CNC machines and diamond tools to achieve specific surface finishes for the application. Each Vertex piston undergoes rigorous manual and automatic quality control. The pistons are coated with a special Molybdenum Bisulphite black coating to aid break-in and reduce friction. Vertex also offers a Phosphate Coating for increased hardness, improved adhesion, and extended durability of the Molybdenum Coating. This piston is 89.96mm and standard compression.
