• Material: High-silicon content Hypereutectic cast aluminum for reduced heat expansion, tighter clearances, increased hardness, and longer life.
• Piston Crown: Machined for reduced carbon buildup, increased horsepower, and improved fuel economy. Hard anodized crowns offer superior strength and minimal expansion, reducing the risk of cold seizures.
• Piston Skirt Coating: Features MOS2 (Teflon/Molybdenum) coated skirts to reduce friction and heat, contributing to added power and longevity.
• Wrist Pin: Lightweight wrist pins enable faster revs and quicker throttle response.
• Included Components: Piston assembly includes ring(s), wrist pin, and circlips. This kit includes two CW18 Circlips and one S508 Wrist Pin.
• Oversize Options: Available in fractional oversize pistons (.0004 in. and.0008 in.) to extend the life of your cylinder by renewing original clearance and avoiding expensive sleeve installation.
