This VintCo piston kit is expertly engineered for vintage Suzuki RL250, DS250, and TS250 2-stroke models. Designed for specific applications, this kit is for 71.5 mm bore sizes with a +1.5 mm oversize. The piston itself measures 71.44 mm, providing a precise 0.06 mm clearance for optimal operation. The kit includes essential components for a complete installation: the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and clips.
To facilitate an easier break-in period and enhance longevity, the piston features a MoS2 (Molybdenum Disulfide) coating. This coating aids in initial lubrication and reduces friction during the critical running-in phase. Please note that a separate wrist pin bearing is required for installation and is sold individually.
