Acerbis off-road skid plates provide protection for engine cases and frame rails. The extended coverage offers additional protection to the ignition cover and water pump area on most applications. Installation, cleaning, and maintenance are simple thanks to the mounting system. Made from durable, shock-resistant polypropylene, it has a snug fit to prevent mud, dirt, rocks, and debris buildup between the skid plate and the motor. It offers maximum protection for the chassis and engine without affecting frame rigidity or flex. This skid plate is quieter than aluminium options and keeps the bike running cooler and quieter than with an alloy plate. No extra hardware is needed, as it mounts using factory bolts.
