GP RACERS CHOICE forged piston with exclusive T-bridge inspired by F1. Special racing profile to maximise compression without any loss of reliability. Vertex four-stroke pistons are forged from the highest quality 2618 aluminum alloy and are suited to handle the rigors and high pressures of modern four-stroke engines. Every Vertex piston utilizes a unique Molybdenum Disulphide MOS2 coating on the piston skirt to aid in the break-in process and reduce wear. Unique piston profiles and compression ratios are offered in A, B, C and D sizes. This variation in sizing, a mere 0.01mm, allows the piston to be perfectly sized to the cylinder for maximising power and performance while reducing blow-by and oil consumption. Piston diameter is 94.93mm. Compression ratio is 13.5:1. Grade A.
